For the past two days, there were both happpy n sad moment...

On 25th Oct,all of the sec3 received our report book..some people were promoted,some were advanced and some were transferred to na.Before the I choose programme which was held in the cd shelter start,they give all us some time to talk about our result,many people cried and it was really very sad...everyone were show their concern to those who need the support from us...

After that the programme started and the instructors had spoke to all of us and they also gave us some words or comments which gave us some mental support...we had some activities conducted during the programme...at first i felt that the programme was some how only quite ok and thats all i felt...

However for the second day that ,the programme was very well done,we were divided into groups and had activities like Trustfall which u needed to fall from the back and your friends in your group will do their best to save you.And the second activity is something like spider web which can really make class bonding even strong and infact,i think it also bring the whole sec3 express to have a stornner bonding as all of us supported one another...

The so call "celebration time" is a time where everyone in the room will join in to play or evening danced together...i really enjoyed the time...and this is also a time to allow all people from different classes to have a time being together... Looking forward to next year another two sessions of programme...

Lastly,for those who had done well,continue to work hard and i am sure all of us can make it ...for those who had not done well,do not give up,be strong ok and continue to move on.
